All courses are provided via Study Plex. Through the following terms and conditions, the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” will all be used in reference to Study Plex. The terms “you” and “your” shall be used when referencing the customer.

1. General

On this page, we will establish the terms and conditions through which we supply you with your online course. All purchases made with Study Plex will be subject to these terms and conditions.

1.1 You have sole liability for the use of your online account. We will not be liable for the improper usage of your account arising from sharing your login details, or via any other improper activity. If you happen to lose or forget your login details, contact us immediately to reset them.

1.2 Any information provided to us, such as your name, address, contact information, and bank details, should be as complete and up-to-date as possible.

1.3 We reserve our right to suspend, withdraw, or otherwise terminate your access to our online learning platform at any time in the event these terms are breached. We do not terminate or withdraw a purchase without due reason, and your charges will not apply in the event cancellation occurs due to any other reason.

1.4 We reserve our right to alter, amend, or delete any information contained in our courses or found on our website at any time without prior warning.

2. Payments

2.1 In the event you do not make a scheduled payment or your payment details are not updated, we will immediately suspend your access to our online platform until the matter has been rectified.

2.2 We reserve our right to adjust the pricing of our courses at any time. Note that changes will not affect purchases made prior to the date of the changes.

3. Ordering and Course Delivery

3.1 A purchase from Study Plex serves as agreement to complete the course in accordance with the terms laid out in this statement.

3.2 Unless in the case of an obvious defect present in the materials, you are deemed to accept the course and relevant associated terms upon purchase. Please note that your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by anything in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Service

4.1 It is your responsibility alone to arrange the purchase and shipping of professional certification upon completing a course successfully. Completion qualifies you for certification, but you will not have it posted to you automatically.

4.2 Provision of course materials is handled by their relevant industry experts. We attempt to ensure our study materials are of the highest possible quality, however, final responsibility lies with the individual course provider.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Any intellectual property rights relating to course materials are owned by the respective course instructors or providers.

5.2 When purchasing a course or training package from Study Plex, you are agreeing to not replicate, copy, modify, adapt, or otherwise share or alter any part of the course materials you’re given access to. Their intellectual property solely belongs to the course provider.

5.3 When you’re granted access to our platform, it’s your agreement that you will not share your login details with any third party, and that you will endeavour to keep them secure. You also agree to not willingly or knowingly share access to our platform with any other party and to otherwise comply with the terms mentioned in this agreement. If you fail to do so, you accept the risk that your account may be suspended or terminated.

6. Third Party Content

6.1 We may, on occasion, provide a link to, or materials from, a third party website relevant to your course content. Clicking these links is your agreement that we are not responsible for any content or materials found on those websites, and we will not be held responsible for anything that occurs as a result of visiting them.

6.2 Study Plex will not be held responsible for any third party provided content. Any information taken from a third party site should be verified independently by you, as we offer no guarantees on its veracity or accuracy.

6.3 The privacy and security policies, as well as the terms and conditions, of third party websites may differ considerably from those of Study Plex. It’s your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with any security and privacy policies as well and the terms and conditions of third party sites you visit.

7. Account or Purchase Termination

7.1 Our right to terminate your purchase, account, or any agreements established in this statement at any time is reserved. If you are discovered to be in breach of any of the terms or conditions established in this statement, your account may be terminated and any purchases you have made cancelled.

7.2 You have the right to terminate your purchases, your account, or your agreement to any of the terms and conditions set out in this statement at any time, in accordance with our cancellation clause (Clause 10) set out below.

8. Liability Limitations

8.1 Losses arising directly as a result of our own negligence or errors, or for any other reasons, will be limited to the price of your course. This doesn’t preclude liability for personal injury or death, fraudulent misrepresentation, any breach of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or any other unlawful exclusions.

8.2 We will not be held liable for indirect damage or losses (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, data, or opportunities) which you might incur as a result of using our service or platform. This applies whether the cause of these is established to breach these terms or not.

8.3 Course information can be altered or otherwise updated at any time. We will attempt to ensure all information is appropriately accurate at the date of publication. We, however, retain no responsibility for the changing of information, key or otherwise, through your study period. And, as referenced above, we are not liable for any losses incurred therein.

8.4 We will not be held liable for any issues arising from difficulty accessing our online platform due to faults in your internet connection, your network, or any other accessories and equipment necessary.

8.5 We reserve the right to amend and alter pricing, information, and any course materials at our convenience without informing you prior.

9. Personal Data Usage

9.1 Any of your personal data collected during your study period is only ever going to be used in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. We will take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure your data is kept secure. Your personal information can only be shared with third parties with your direct permission, however, we reserve the right to use your contact information to contact you with promotions or information relating to courses.

9.2 Any data you provide can be used for the provision of credit reports, to prevent fraud and money laundering, or to otherwise confirm your identity.

10. Cancellation

10.1 You reserve the right to cancel your order and make a request for a complete refund within fourteen calendar days of your initial purchase, as established by the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2020.
