  4. Pan: Fry for 5 minutes. Make sure that all sides contact the pan at one point or another. Turn down the heat slightly if they colour too fast, and serve.
  5. Grill: Heat a grill pan on high. Brush oil with a spatula and reduce the heat to medium. Turn the pre-cooked brats and grill on all sides. Wait five minutes until the colour and make sure that all sides contact the pan.
